This app really helped me loose about 40 lbs 8 years ago... I'm back.. didn't gain it all back but I'm hoping I can regain momentum... More attention to macronutrients instead of just calorie counting this time

    Calorie counting is the key for weight loss, but macro counting can be the key to satisfaction. Some people feel more full with high carbs, others with high protein or high fat. Find the ratio which works for you, helps you feel fuller while still staying within daily calorie count, and you'll be setup for success.
