Hi everyone! i am new to myfitnesspal.. looking forward to any helpful tips.. working towards my first competition but have a long ways to go! I know my struggle will be with the food. working out is the easy part for me! but i am excited!!Hope everyone is having a good week so far!

What specific questions do you have, or what tips do you need?
For example, you say "my struggle will be with food", but that's a pretty big topic. Are you not sure about how to set nutritional goals, or how to achieve the nutrition goals you have, or about how to eat more calories, or how to be happy on fewer calories, or . . . what?
If you can give some details about what the struggle is, you're much more likely to get input or ideas.
