Introduction

I have used this app before, i’m using the mostly for the food log.

I found out about three weeks ago. My A1c was bad and I think I have diabetes so I’ve been taking care of it.
45 minutes I walk the dog every day, I’m making healthy food choices and I’m hoping it leads to weight loss.

It scared me pretty bad and I don’t wanna go on medication. I know I can do this on my own. Just do diet and exercise.
