A few years back I successful y lost weight with My Fitness Pal but now find it’s creeping back on.
I’m a 75 year old male… currently on a 1550 calorie diet and ride a bicycle a minimum of 100kms per week but I cannot get my weight to fall below 85kgs. My goal is to get back to 78kgs. ANY SUGGESTIONS
