My husband is also on MFP. We both use the iOS app.
I’m assuming you are cool and he’s copying you. Reverse this if not.
First, send a request to your husband to add him as a friend. He will have to accept your request.
Then he goes to his friends list, chooses you, and drills down to view your diary.
Next to the meal shown on your diary are three dots:
He will click that to get this:
Select “save to date” to copy it from your diary to his, to whichever day and meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner etc) he wants to.
Be sure to adjust quantities as needed. I eat high protein, he so always needs to adjust the weight of the chicken or whatever downwards.
