Have you guys seen the weight loss GIF circulating? It's super cool.

My favorite thing from this article (second to the cool visual) is this quote, "You are more than just a number on a scale. You are greater than the sum of your cravings,” Amanda wrote. “You are a complex and amazing human being, and no matter what you might think, you are in control of your weight loss."

I think we all need to say that to ourselves every day. I am writing it on my mirror!
