Introducing myself

Hello, I am Alís, I am looking for community and also would welcome a or some buddies to hold me accountable in order to continue with my journey to get healthy, strong and lose as much fat as possible.
I lost 35 lbs since March and feel so much better mentally and physically but am having a bit of an issue with mi exercising and sticking to a routine. I am working on creating a schedule I can stick to. Wish me luck! I welcome any tips and ideas as how to make it happen 😊.

    The best exercise routine is the one you stick with, and the easiest one to stick with is the one which you enjoy. Have you tried a variety of types of exercise? Not just traditional running, swimming, weight lifting, but hiking, indoor rock climbing, dancing, karate, the list goes on. Keep looking until you find one which "clicks" inside you, and now you'll eagerly look forward to doing it, rather than struggling to fit it into your day.
