In a rough place, but working hard to move on

I'm recently divorced, and this has been an extremely difficult year for me. I have had several suicide attempts but am working with an IOP (intensive outpatient group) to learn some better skills on how to manage my impulses and emotions. I'm enrolled full-time as a student again and focusing on mindfulness. I'm working through some weight issues - mostly trying to manage myself and not eat impulsively but tactfully. I would like to lose some weight (20-25lbs) so I can fit into some outfits that I want to wear. This would make me feel better about myself. The weight is not the most important reason for me to join My Fitness Pal. It's the idea oof keeping track of my food, being mindful of what I eat, and building safe and healthy patterns to support myself.f
