Accidents prediabetic

Hi I'm 22 and prediabetic currently having to deal with daily/nighttime frequent urine accidents wearing diapers since it started in 2016 along with night wetting this has been going on for years unfortunately it's becoming embarrassing because now I'm having bowel control issues 😞 I need an opinion on this subject if anyone has the same experience I don't have a primary doctor

I'm sorry to say I think this truly is a medical issue. I've had some similar issues (though not related to diabetes), and all of the methods for improving the situation were accessed through a medical doctor, a referral from primary care to a urologist. I've had various medical tests to assess causes, physical therapy, medication, and most recently an electrical nerve stimulation treatment.
