Newbie

Hello, I'm Chris. 51 yo mother of 3, grandmother of 3(soon to be 4). Trying to get healthier to keep up with the grandkids(2, soon to be 3 live with me), my spouse, my elderly parents, and a physically demanding job. Started my weight loss journey mid March and have lost about 19 lbs. So far. Still have about 20 more to go. Eating healthy is hard for me since I have a huge family and most don't like healthy foods. Trying this app since I didn't like the others I've tried for keeping track of macros.

    Welcome, Chris!

    Even if you're not eating "healthy" you can still lose weight through portion control, as in eating smaller helpings. Or in my mother's case, refusing to eat all the food us kids left on our plates so it wouldn't "go to waste".
