Does anyone have any meal ideas for low carb high fat meals

I’m currently cutting and looking to change it up a bit by trying to train my body to be fat adaptive .I know this takes time , but what are others putting on their plates?
This would be new for me so any input and tips from the community are welcome.

being fat adaptive doesn’t mean your body finds a back door entrance to burning stored fat. It will still come down to energy balance.

I've been busy giving out this link lately and it's primarily for ketogenic and low carb eating. Generally it takes 2-4 weeks to become fully fat adapted if you can stick with it, processed foods taste too good for most to give up, it's the old story of forest and tree's. Good luck and trust me, your going to need it. :)

I cook a pan of this every now and then. I generally modify the recipe if I don’t have Parmesan and will use shredded cheddar cheese instead.
Yields 4 servings and provides nice fat and protein bombs and is quite yummy. Stupid easy to make also.

My last iteration of it contained 43.7g of fat, 42.5g of protein, and only 1.3 net carbs per serving.
