So I'm not new to MFP but I am new to the community. This is my first post I think. I'm looking for other people to help keep up the motivation and make friends. My mom sadly passed away in 2022 from a heart attack brought on by an unhealthy life style and diabetes. She had a couple complications from the disease. Heart disease also runs rapid on both sides of my biological family so I'm trying to beat the odds, get healthy, and love myself again.
