How do I get MFP to connect with Strava?

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
How do I get MFP to connect with Strava? I have tried but at the end MFP goes into web version and asks me to create an account, when I have one already.

    You can do this directly though the MFP app.

    Tap More in the lower right corner of the app
    Tap Apps & Devices
    Search for or find Strava in the list of partner apps
    Tap Connect. A webpage will open to Strava to log into your account with them and authorize the link.


    Now that you’ve authorized the connection, you can check under the Connected tab in the MyFitnessPal app to make sure you’re seeing Strava showing as connected (you may need to refresh your app to see it).

    Once you have confirmed you've linked, please note only new workouts will post, past information will not sync over.
