Is it normal that my daily goals for protein, carbs, fat change?

Hello everyone, I am new to the Community but wanted to get on here and see if anyone else has this question of if and why the daily goals change for my macros, any advice is much appreciated and good luck to all!

    If you log exercise, or if you have a fitness tracker sync-ed that sees you've been more active than MFP expects, calories will be added to your goal. Added calories bring added macros. That's how it's supposed to work.
