"disconnect from Google health" preventing connection to google fit

The Google fit integration was not updating my steps. So i tried to disconnect and reconnect the integration.

But now im locked out...
"Discount from Google health to prevent duplicate data"
It is not clear how to do this and there is literally no "disconnect" button for Android/google health (while the other integrations allow this)

Please help me get back the ability to integrate with Google Fit

The battle between FitBit, Health Connect and Google Fit is insane. Completely ruining my experience. Everything was fine when I just had Fitbit. I tried to add Health Connect in order to bring my sleep numbers over to MyFitnessPal.....now nothing works
