Diabetes, PCOS, Ozempic or Bariatric?

Well just found out I'm super unhealthy and on top of my pcos now have diabetes type 2 as well as swollen liver so here I am trying to lose weight and find my healthy along with deciding if ozempic or bariatric will be the path I take, accepting friends 💙🩵

    Lots of people here working on similar reasons, so join the discussions or maybe a group challenge advertised in the challenge forum. The challenges are a nice way to meet other active people.
