Diabetes, PCOS, Ozempic or Bariatric?

Well just found out I'm super unhealthy and on top of my pcos now have diabetes type 2 as well as swollen liver so here I am trying to lose weight and find my healthy along with deciding if ozempic or bariatric will be the path I take, accepting friends šš©µ
