I need a better start to my day and I'm thinking overnight oats will be a perfect start. I'd love to know your favorite recipe!

I make mine with equal parts old fashioned oats and milk of choice ( I use almond milk), dash of cinnamon, pinch of salt, dried cranberries or dried cherries, 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, I stir in a few tablespoons of yogurt to loosen it up and then add whatever fruit I have like sliced bananas, berries of any type, chopped apples. Sometimes I will top it with a few chopped nuts. With the fruit and yogurt, I find it's sweet enough, but you can drizzle honey for more sweetness.1
