Any free plans to help with diabetes?

I could use some guidance...I don't want to have to always wear my monitor. Had problems getting the last one-off.

Look, you should be discussing this with a registered dietician and your medical team. Diabetes is not diabetes, and any advice given to you on the internet might get you into hospital or lead to permanent damage to your body. Sure, weightloss is good, but just losing weight without knowing what happens with your insuline: I really hope nobody here is giving you any advice other than to discuss with your health providers.2
