Hey guys!
Tomorrow is my first cardio day (Cardio1Week1) BUT it's soo nice outside I'd rather go for a run (or do something fun like turbo fire)
So my question is, will it make a difference if I go running instead? Or does she have some super awesome magic moves and I should stick to the plan?
