No weight lost... But I lost inches!

I have been extremely discouraged these last few months. I feel like I work and work and work with no results. Then I signed up for MFP. I started counting my calories, watching what I ate and still worked out with not much to show for it. After reading some posts on the forum, I realized I had never once measure myself, and while I wasn't seeing any pounds disappear, maybe my body was changing, but I wasn't noticing. So last week Wednesday, I took my measurements for the first time. I did my neck, my waist, my hips, both arms, both thighs and my body fat percentage.

I dropped two inches from both my waste and my hips! And my body fat percentage is down by 3%! I was so estatic this morning! My hard work is paying off!

    wesome news! Good for you. Taking those measurements is always a great addition to your progress tracking.

    That is awesome! Often times the scale is our worst enemy. Clothes and measuring show us great things too :wink:

    I stopped weighing myself a while ago, cuz it just discouraged me, I know I'm more toned now than I was in spring, but same weight? Ah well, Just go on how ya feel!
