Hello, I am newbie 👊😎

Hi there!! As my title states I am new to this app (and a few others) with a headset to have my aging body match my still “young at heart.” I’ve had a few injuries years gone by that are now plaguing me: knee, shoulder stuff. I’ve gained serious weight over the past 13 years and it’s time to say goodbye to the extra baggage! In looking at the exercises, including low impact, I am not seeing routines that are “slow and steady wins the race” they dive right in and with a below age 40 demonstrator. Any words of wisdom?
