I have been off this wagon for a few months now and my stats from weigh-in are awful. Protein, water and muscle are down. Needless to say the wrong readings are up. I would really like to be accountable for my choices and if a nudge from you kind folks is necessary please feel welcome. I am in my late 60s so I now its time to take control. Wish I had worked it out 20 yrs ago!

You got this, one day at a time. Consistency is key. I am 61 and lost 135 lb lbs using MFP and exercise and have kept it off for 12 yrs. I still use MFP to maintain. What helped me was breaking everything down into smaller goals. I only looked at 10 lbs at a time and didn’t have a goal until towards the very end. I started with walking only half a block 5 days a week and then kept increasing my walk every few weeks, then started adding in other exercises and eventually weights ( fairly recently)……replace your high calorie foods with lower cal ones, ex I rarely use bread I use extreme ole wraps only 60 cals, I replaced my snack crackers at lunch with grapes or watermelon, cheese with laughing cow, ice cream with ice cream bars, and cut back on portions this will help to stay within calories7
