5/3/1 and reverse diet

After a couple or years of training hiatus due to illness I started training again recently. I am on 5/3/1 program by Jim Wendler. I weigh about 100kg and I am on 2000 cal right now (200 protein, 100/100 carbs/fat). I really am on a deficit right now by probably at least 800 cal. Since the training program uses slow progression I plan to increase my carb intake with 10 grams each week. I heard very good feedback about this kind of reverse dieting. Would appreciate any comments.
