I'm addicted to sugary breakfast cornflakes in the evening after dinner. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to stop myself? I can try putting them in the bin but they are for my kids in the morning

Why stop?
Buy some non-sugary, high fiber corn flakes, bran flakes, etc. You like, have a little with skim milk or yogurt and fruit. Allow for it in your daily calories.
I often have 1/2 serving bran flakes, 1/4 to 1/2 serving fiber one cereal, 50 grams blueberries with a little protein milk for a night time snack. Yum! Love the sweet. Protein helps keep me asleep all night.0 -
To add...give the non-sugary ceral with fruit to your kids too, try to have them learn to like healthier choices. You really don't want them to have the struggles you face now do you? I agree, nothing wrong with a cereal snack as long as it is not Frosted Flakes or Lucky Charms!0
