I can’t start any plan

Hi!
I subscribed premium plan for a year, hoping to start my meal and exercise plan but as soon as I tap start a plan, there was a message box saying ‘NSURLErrorDomain error 400.’

I don’t know what to do. Is there anything to fix this issue?

That does sound like some kind of bug.

On the Troubleshooting page (inside the help function), there's a list of known bugs that are being worked on for each environment. Since you don't say which MFP environment you're seeing this in, here's the link to that area:

    https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/categories/360002215711-Troubleshooting

If you don't find something there, you could post in the Tech Support Questions part of the Community (which is mostly help provided by other users who may've dealt with the same issue):

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/myfitnesspal-tech-support-questions

. . . or you can open a help request from that Troubleshooting page ("Submit a Request" link).

If you do turn in a formal help request, expect emails from the support team asking you for more details, and be sure to reply to all of their emails (even if your answer is something like "I don't know/understand") because non-replies may make them think you've solved the problem or lost interest so they close the trouble report.

Yes, I know that can be frustrating, but - though I don't work for MFP - I've been on the "providing support" side of those kinds of interchanges, and the general public does often turn in help requests then abandon them.

I hope you're able to solve the situation. In the mean time, if you're just starting out, don't hesitate to simply start logging your food in your diary and doing exercise that seems fun to you. That in itself can bring improvements, and be a learning experience.

    Best wishes for success!
