    Lose weight by getting calories eaten a manageably moderate amount below calories burned (in all ways: just being alive, daily life stuff like job and home chores, intentional exercise). Then be patient.

    Our bodies will gradually lose fat from wherever we have excess fat, and in an order over which we have no direct control. (There's no way to spot reduce.)

    Sub-ideal posture can make belly fat more prominent, so take a look at your posture. There are exercises to improve posture, if that's part of the situation.

    Getting good overall nutrition and doing some exercise may help in indirect ways, even though it won't directly target the belly.

    The majority of fatloss comes from diet, taking in fewer weekly calories than you burn.

    You can’t target belly fat. Fat goes on and comes off where your genetics dictate.
