Tips for a Yo Yo weightloss / gain type

Hi there,

I have lost and gained weight over 4 pregnancies over a decade and now find myself 20kg overweight. I recently changed jobs and work almost fully remote. The added challage is being home around food and not moving enough.

Yet I have the advatage of having (at times) more flexibility with my schedule. I've set a goal to loose 20kg. And would like to hear any tips for healthly diet/ exercise programs or routines to help me get back into a healthly lifestyle.
