My weight is 113kg, I have started using myfitnesspal app 3 days before, i have to consume 1500 calories in a day to reach my goal which is 90 kg, In breakfast and lunch my 1500 calories get over with no evening breakfast and dinner, parallel m doing intermittent fasting 16/8.
Will this schedule will helpful. M not doing any exercise.
