Hello I'm Maggie
I want to learn more about eating better and losing weight the right way. I am super busy and don't seem to have the time to really take care of myself leading me to poor food choices and unhealthy life style

    Hello, Maggie, and welcome!

Honestly, for me, it was a revelation just to start logging my food, and noticing the calories and nutrition. Once I reviewed that, some things jumped out at me that weren't that important to me, once I knew their calorie cost. Those were easy things to reduce (portion size or frequency) or even drop altogether in some cases if I didn't enjoy them that much.

One option is to gradually make changes, and evolve toward an overall healthier lifestyle over a period of time. That's less demanding/stressful, and can make it easy to improve via modifying routine habits, rather than trying to micromanage every single day to pure perfection.

    Wishing you success!
