Another TDEE Question (sorry)

Ok, so here we go again... I know many of you will be geeshing me, but that's ok, I need the help so I'm gonna ask.

I started using the TDEE-20% a couple months ago, found out about a gluten issue, had to rethink how I'm doing things, and am now getting seriously back into it. Well, when I first did my calculations I was doing maybe 1 day a week of exercise. Now I am hitting it hard. Gym 2-3 days a week, Zumba 3 days a week and if I can fit anything extra in I'm doing it. According to MFP, I have burned 2543 calories through exercise this week (and there is still today and tomorrow left). Is that considered light or moderate exercise? Should I up my calorie intake or should I leave the calorie intake at the sedentary rate?

So here are my stats
40 years old
female
243 lbs
5'7"

The Fat 2 Fit Radio site tells me this:

Activity Level Daily Calories
Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job) 1982
Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) 2272
Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) 2561
Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) 2850
Extremely Active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.) 3139

I have been attempting to hit the 1982 calories all week, and for the most part I'm like 100-200 calories under. Should I move my calories up to the Lightly Active calorie intake or stay at Sedentary?

I know it's hard for you to say for sure, however, I would greatly appreciate some opinions from others doing the TDEE-20% who have been in similar place and have been successful.

Thanks in advance!
