Losing weight

Hey guys I’m new but I’m trying to lose some weight and having a hard time losing weight any tips?

    I log my food as I go and remember to drink lots of water. I find sparkling water fills you up more 😀. Always have some nice fruit in your fridge to snack on

    You need to take in fewer overall calories consistently over time.

    Plan ahead.
    Like the old saying- dont go grocery shopping when youre hungry.
    Dont make your meal choice when hungry. Rational thought can fail.
    Cook ahead of time so your meal is measured and waiting for you.
    If eating out, look online ahead of time at menu nutrition facts. If it isnt available, you can estimate with similar selections from other establishments.

    Are you having a hard time sticking to your calorie goal, or are you sticking to your goal but not losing weight as quickly as you expected/hoped?
