Whole Grain Waffle with Peanut Butter + 2 Scrambled Eggs

Pepperidge Farms makes some "thin" bagels, saves on calories and you can add light cream cheese to it

Brown/Wild Rice Cup + 1/2 tbs honey + 2 tsp cinnamon + 1 medium chopped up apple -- just tried this for the first time yesterday morning and it was DELICIOUS...

I eat Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt every day for breakfast (80 calories and filling). If I need a little more, I will have some grapes as well. My breakfast is usually under 100 calories and I am satisfied for a few hours.

Big fan of breakfast sandwiches here. A light English muffin, a strip, Greek yogurt cream cheese or Laughing Cow, and an over-medium egg = delicious. If you need it to be more filling, make it open-faced -- split the muffin, use two strips of bacon and two eggs, etc.

I am also a big fan of breakfast sandwiches, I very much so enjoy to use avocado.
sometimes I just bake an egg inside an avocado
sometimes I devil an egg with avocado
toast with cream cheese and jam tastes good but it's very sweet
toast with peanut butter is really good,
    breakfast is my favorite meal

    I make what I call the "Egg-Jen-Muffin"

1 Thomas triple health English Muffin toasted
    1 pat of real butter
1 slice oscar mayer smoked white turkey
    1 egg over medium

And I sandwich it . TOTAL 232 calories ...under 200 if you leave off the butter.
