Unsatisfied customer

I have been using the app since April this year and usually doing my login with my Apple ID. For some strange reason the app won’t let me login using the Apple ID today and I have had to do my profile again. I have a Premium monthly subscription but can’t restore it. I tried to send the team a message but it won’t go through. Has anyone else had this problem
