Add exercises that are chair based

With two bad knees and limited mobility I still need fresh ideas to be active in my limited state. There are many of us out there that are faced with the same challenges. Having routines that can be performed with limited mobility from a chair would be a great help. If there are exercises like this I have not been able to find them due to no way to search. Please keep in mind that everyone’s beginner capabilities are not the same.
