40lbs in 16 weeks??

Im currently finishing up my 5 day INFERNO from Turbo fire...and will begin the normal scedule next monday.

I want to go from 165 (might be lower...not weighing in till friday) to 125/130 with Turbo Fire. I plan on using it for 16 weeks, then starting a Chalean or P90x/Hyrbid with Turbo Fire...

I've already lost 50lbs...and now at my final 37.

    I've recently lost 40lbs in 16 weeks but I weigh considerably more than you. I've done it by following MFP obsessively so, and hitting the gym 4-5 a week.

    Im still considerable heavy for my body frame...I'm 5 ft 8in with a small frame. Last time I was at the doctor, I was told I'm extremely overweight and should NEVER get over 150.

    Not a very nice doctor...but honest I guess!

    I would really love to lose that last 40 in these 16 weeks...but I dont want to restrict my calories TOO much.
