Not just for weight management!

I think my fitness palmis great for weigt loss but it would be great to be able tonfocus more easily on other health problems related to nutrition such as diabetes, hypertension or kidney disease .
Having a window for hypertension focussing on sodium potassium and fiber could be a great way to start.. as an example…
You did introduce fasting and I saw some features around low carb diet. What about offering the equivalent for the DASH diet, which is very well supported by science and by nutritionist.

Would be also nice to find little tricks i there that help with accountability between friend who used mfp, I don’t have clear examples but something like challenges….
