How do you delete a food item

How do you delete a food entry from breakfast./lunch/dinner area put in by mistake?
How do you change the amount from, example; 2T to 1/2 c.? There doesn’t seem to be enough measurements needed.

If a serving is 2 tablespoons, then a half cup is four servings. Type 4 in the box for number of servings.

    3T in a 1/4c
    So 6T in a 1/2c

    2T of 6T = 1/3 of the 1/2 cup

Since you can't enter the measurement as a fraction, convert it to the decimal

as a decimal entry, then 1/3 is also = .334 of a the 1/2c serving

To delete an entry in a meal in the food diary, click the little red - minus sign on the right end of that food line.

To change it, press on the food line to bring up a form for changinging it.

Bolded, not here in the US, maybe elsewhere, I dunno.

A US measuring cup is 8 ounces (volume, i.e., fluid ounces, not weight), and also 16 US tablespoons. Therefore, a quarter cup is 4 tablespoons, and half a cup is 8 tablespoons.

For one third cup, I'd go with the fraction (.334 of a cup, close enough), but it's also 5 and one-third tablespoons, which is 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon, since there are three teaspoons in a tablespoon.

I'm talking standard US cooking measures throughout here. It's a dumb system, but it's the one we use. 🤷
