Hello, and welcome!
To minimize fatigue:
* Don't try to lose weight fast. Food is energy, so too-low calories means running on too little fuel. (Besides, a moderate weight loss rate can get a person to goal weight in less calendar time than an extreme cut that causes deprivation-triggered over-eating, breaks in the action, or giving up altogether.)
* Pay attention to sleep quality/quantity.
* Get reasonable nutrition. It doesn't have to be perfect, just pretty good on average.
* Don't overdo exercise. Going too hard, too soon, too often or too long will sap energy, make a person drag through the day, rest more, and burn fewer calories in between exercise sessions than they would if they did moderate exercise. The sweet spot is just a manageable challenge that leaves a person energized for the rest of the day, not exhausted. (A few minutes of "whew" right after the exercise session is OK.)
Give it some thought.
The benefits are worth the effort, in my experience. Best wishes!1 -
Thank you!1
