carbs and protein grams

Hello! I’m just curious as to why my carb grams are so high for the day and protein doesn’t seem like enough? I’ll trust the process but on the macros inc website it says my carbs and protein should be different. Just trying to understand! Thanks for any feedback!

You can set them however you want in "Goals."
It kind of depends on your personal situation. The default macros setting in the FOOD diary are 50% Carb, 30% Fat and 20% Protein.
