BeFit 30 Extreme! 90 Day Challenge! Feel Free to Join!

Hello all wonderful, positive, motivating, and caring MFP members! I plan on starting the "BeFit 30 Extreme Workout's". It is a 90 day challenge! All of the videos are on Youtube and I will provide the link at the bottom of this post~ I plan on starting today and anyone can feel free to join me on this 90 day journey (Even if you just want to do 1 level for 30 days) and feel free to add me so we can keep each other motivated and accountable. I am typically online everyday to log my food, exercise and check on my pals. I am also starting month 2 of insanity and decided to challenge myself with BeFit. I was really considering 30 day shred but I am trying to strive a bit more and challenge myself.

There are a total of 3 Levels (Which would be 1 level per month and all of the videos are less than 25 minutes )

Hi there,
I saw your post and was wondering if you ever completed the befit program. If so would you mind sharing any thoughts. Did you see any results?

I've never done BeFit Extreme but I have done BeFit In 90. Instead of doing 30 mins workouts, I would do two 10 min workouts together plus the warm up. I've also done Hasfit.0
