What if your workout...disappears?

I just got back from two weeks recovery where the doctor nixed the exact exercises in my workout routine. But, he didn't say I couldn't run. So, when I got home, I dug up my slightly too big running shoes and pounded out the 5k's. Turns out I think I'm going to miss running.
