Hello, Hoping to overcome health issues and motivate others

Hi, I'm looking forward to restarting my weight loss journey 'again' and hoping this time I will stick with it and turn my life around.
I'm 59 years old and want to be at a healthy weight before my 60th birthday next year. That gives me approximately 9 months to lose about 25 kilos/55lb.
I think this is achievable but every kilo I lose will make me feel better.
I first joined My Fitness Pal about 13 years ago after having my children and struggling to lose a couple of stone. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2014, the year we moved to France. I though living in the countryside would be healthier, which it is somewhat, but we live so remotely you have to drive everywhere for shopping, school, entertainment etc. and it is beautifully hilly around here but I struggled climbing up steep inclines. I didn't know at the time but I have been since diagnosed with Arrhythmia which was causing the problem.
I know losing weight will make my life a lot easier and hopefully improve my medical conditions. I work from home as a reflexologist and massage therapist and I also write a wellbeing blog. My blog was originally about my journey to wellness but I don't feel I've been successful in my goals which isn't going to inspire people who read my page. I also decided to write articles on self-care and again I need to be a good example to inspire people to take care of themselves by practicing what I preach. I lost 10 kilos on Weight Watchers last year but I found it difficult to stick to and decided to come back to MFP as it seems more flexible. I've subscribed to the premium package to make use of all the tools available and hope to stay motivated by reading peoples journeys and participating in the forums.
I'm currently creating online courses that help people get started on making positive changes in their lives and again want to be able to inspire them by sharing my journey. I plan to start properly on Monday and I'd like to include intermittent fasting with the focus on nutrition, exercise and quality sleep. I hope to make some friends on here to support and motivate each other. Thank you if you have read this far. Janet
