I'm gaining weight instead of losing, what am I doing wrong?

How can I lose weight? I'm following the nutrition plan and exercise regularly. I seem to have hit a plateau. How can I lose weight instead of gain?

    How long has this plateau lasted? If it's less than 3 weeks, no need to fret. If it's four weeks or more, I would adjust your calorie deficit downward.

    Are you actually gaining or did you stop losing weight? It’s unclear. How much have you lost and over what period of time? What has happened since the weight loss stalled — and over what period of time?
