Menopause and Weight Loss....

Wow..what a ride this new weight loss journey in menopause has been. I lost about 40 pounds 10 years ago and managed to maintain my weight for the most part. Then menopause hit, and all of a sudden a year and half to 2 years into it and I've gained 50 pounds. And the struggle to get it off is real. I refuse to take any drugs / meds for fear of side effects. Any advice on appropriate macro percentages. I have my calories set around 1350 and generally hit between 1200 and 1400. I do pilates at least 3x a week for 50 minutes. On the other days I go to the gym for strength training and a little cardio.
