Hello! The app shows me cholesterol zero. Can you tell me what can I eat to increase the value? Thank you!

There's nothing wrong with eating zero cholesterol. Your body knows how to make cholesterol out of other nutrients. That's one of your liver's jobs.
Also, you probably aren't eating zero cholesterol if you eat eggs, full-fat dairy, red meat, processed meats, shellfish, or organ meats (among other things).
The MFP food database is crowd-sourced. Some people don't enter foods accurately, and some do their best but the label on their food doesn't list the cholesterol, so they don't know to input it. It's possible that the food database entries you chose show zero cholesterol even in cases where the food contains cholesterol.
