Losing weight

I have stuck to my plan and only lost 1lb in 3 weeks, should it be more please? Jenny.xx

    What are your maintenance calories?
    How many calories do you eat?
    How are you tracking?

    When you get to 4 weeks that will tell you how much of a calorie deficit you’re actually in. Remember, 1 lb = 3,500 calories. Use this measurement to adjust accordingly. If you don’t have much to lose, aim for no more than .5-1 lb a week. GL, Jenny.
