Hi, my name's Gemma and I'm a 20 year old living in Scotland. I've decided recently that I want to get a bit more healthy and lose some weight for my own well being. I've lost little bits of weight before but never stuck to it which is what I want to change this time. I'd love anyone to add me and make friends on here so we can keep each other motivated and help one another to progress.
