Garmin Connect Calorie Adjustment

I understand the German Connect Calorie Adjustment.
The adjustment ist based on Garmin Active Calories, which is the difference between the calories that you burned for all activites on that and the calories that you would have burned during that time without doing anything, the so-called "Resting Calories",
As explained on the Garmin Website
There is still confusion caused by the fact that this data is often not in sync.
Giving 3 examples, showing Garmin on the left side and MFP on the right one.
Good Sync:
Medium sync quality:

Bad sync quality:

How can I improve the data quality in the connection between the two apps?
Or is it a simple bug?
