Your diet will fail if you don't enjoy the food. If you don't like something find a substitute as there are no foods that are mandatory

Once you lose the weight you'll have to pretty much stick to the diet that got you there so you need to think long term.

First, no such thing as a "perfect diet".

Unless a doctor told you that you have to eat X, then you are not required to eat it. At the same time, unless a doctor tells you to avoid X, it's ok to have it. I lost 40+ lbs while still eating weekly burgers, pizza, and ice cream, just smaller amounts than before. The idea that you have to avoid foods you love just so you can lose weight is completely wrong, I'm living proof.

Enter in your daily calorie allowance, and meals per day. This site will give you menu/recipe ideas that fits your needs. Avoid the foods that you know you wont like.

What do you mean by "perfect diet"? Who has "prescribed" these foods: Your doctor or other medical professional?

Unless there is a serious medical condition in the picture, "perfect" isn't essential. "Pretty good on average most of the time" will work, and is more sustainable for most of us.

Unless you have a very specific medical condition, it would be IME somewhat unusual for certain specific foods to be mandatory. It's usually not necessary to eat things that taste awful. That might differ for someone who only likes/tolerates a narrow range of calorie-dense, nutrient-sparse, possibly highly-processed foods.

If you say more about what you're doing and why, we might be able to offer better suggestions. For example, if you mention some of your "prescribed" foods, people might have ideas to make them more palatable, or suggest nutritionally similar foods that have a different flavor profile.

    Best wishes!

    A strict Diet = failure

A change in eating habits = success

You can thank me in advance! lol

Without taking you literally, yeah some whole foods aren't that tasty especially when peoples tastes have been hijacked from infancy, but it does get easier. Most fail unfortunately and just add to the reduced mortality statistic that is a first in recorded history. Hopefully you have better success.
