    Which program are you referring to? MFP is a food tracker - you enter what you eat.

    @jackpotnz I think you need to provide us with more information. MFP is a food tracker, not so much a diet programme. here to help though.

    Most programs, MFP included, will expect you to simply avoid any meals that contain eggs or use an egg replacement. Most are not capable of modifying for an allergy for you, as they are meant to be used by the general population.
